A missed appointment is more than an empty spot in the schedule. Our practitioners are self-employed professionals who set aside time specifically for your care. When appointments are missed or cancelled at the last minute, that time is often impossible to fill, resulting in lost income that cannot be recovered. We know life happens so we offer a very generous 4 hr cancellation policy. Patients who provide less than 4hr notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. **Please double check your location when booking!
